Best Moveset for Venusaur

I restart my Red game, and I want a powerful kick ass moveset for Venusaur, unlike the past one: Razor Leaf, Soalr Beam, Cut, Leech Seed.

Try Razor Leaf, Body Slam, Sleep Powder, Swords Dance.
Razor Leaf is great in R/B/Y because of its high critical ratio. Body Slam is a nice solid, physical move that has Swords Dance to back up Venusaur's attack strength. Sleep Powder is obviously there to stop your opponent from attacking you so you can get some attacks without worrying about your opponent fighting against you.
