Kinda hodgepodge. Half-Dark World, half-beatdown?
Because this is Traditional Format, you'll wanna include more staples.
Pot of Greed ( a common card ) is a must-have, as are Raigeki and Harpie's Feather Duster. You might also want to have a few Tribe-infecting Virus cards. They are very powerful, but you must discard to use them - in this deck, however, thats a blessing rather than a curse. I'd run three if you have them.

You could also throw in Dark Deal ( it negates an opponent's Spell Card and makes you discard a card - perfect for a Dark World deck because the card you discard will be discarded "by an opponent's card effect" ).

Dark World Dealings is also a nice card for the theme, and you can't go wrong with Reign-beaux - Overlord of Dark World ( the Dark World keystone card ).

Exiled Force is a mediocre card because it leaves you with no change in the Field Advantage - I'd replace it with another Dark World card if you have one; Scarr and Beigge might be good choices.

Not feeling the Tsukuyomi here either - only three of your cards benefit from it. Also, I believe Magician of Faith is restricted to 1, even in the Traditional Format ( not positive on that one though ). Replace one Deck Devastation Virus with a Crush Card ( if you can get your hands on one, they're expensive as hell ) or a Ring of Destruction ( entirely unrelated, effect-wise, but often a much better card overall.

Do some practice duels against the machine or against a friend and see how it fairs, then make changes of your own accordingly.

Good luck
