Shoal Cave Help, please

how can i go 2 new places in shoal cave, how come there's a bridge but u can't go anywhwere our on it, on other websites it says this is were you get snorunt, but how, i really need help

Some parts of the cave can only be accessed during High Tide, and other parts of the cave only at Low tide. The Tides change every 6 hours or so. To explore the entire cave you'll need to go in there at BOTH tidal stages. Snorunt is in the room with an icy floor that you can get to only at Low tide. It is not very common so unless you're just lucky you'll probably have to have some patience before you encounter one.

Generally Low tide is at the most inconvenient time of day possible. Because it took me days to go in at the right time.
