If anyone wants to Battle me my username is Champion Patrick for netbattle. I recomend you have Pokemon in the 90s level if you are to take me on or else you will be defeated. I live in Pennsylvania and we can only battle on friday on next week and everyother weekend after that. I will be waiting.

I'm pretty sure everyone uses level 100, except for level balance players, and those who have level 80 ubers and crap. Anyway, I really don't think your geographic location is relevant, unless you're running your own server?
