HP Rock / Flying or Ice Beam (Rock Slide for 2v2)
Refresh or Rest
Careful (-SA, +SD), 252 HP, 252 SD, 4 Atk
or Adamant (-SA, +Atk), 252 Atk, enough HP for lefties threshold, and the rest in SD (lefties threshold is a multiple of 16, so swampy recovers the largest amount of HP)
or for Ice Beam...
I'm not sure of the exact amount, but enough SA to kill any Flying pokemon in 2 hits or less, and then the rest in other stats...
