Does anyone know any cards that have a similar effect to NOC? I play NOC in my water deck and have hit my opponents MOF too many times for my liking. Having them taken out of play before I use them really hurts my strategy.
Any suggestions?

Well, I suppose you could run Mystic Swordsman Lv.2, but that doesn't fit your water theme. Or you could use Dark World Lightning, but that doesn't fit the theme and is a -1 unless comboed with Treeborn, Night Assailant, Goldd and Thunder Dragon (which I reccomend you use if you intend on running DWL). But really though, the fact that you hit your own MoFs is not a good enough reason to stop using NoC. In a meta where a single opposing Deko flip can spell GG, NoC is instrumental, and some people use the cards I listed above in conjunction with 2 NoCs for maximum facedown control.

just use MS Lv2. i know it isnm't water, but you don't have many choices to stop your opponents MoF while keeping yours.

If the only reason you're using NoC is to negate irritating flip effects i would suggest substituting one for a Ceasefire: negates effects and deals a nice amount of burn damage

NOC is a great card don't get me wrong. I just hate killing my MOF.
I may try ceasefire in its place.
Additional Comment:
I will definitely try that. Negating flips is great and knowing what I am attacking is even better.
I think it would work great in conjunction with Hydrogeddon.

Yeah Ceasefire is like the perfect solution.

not perfect because it is one turn or the same from going right back face down, either by Tsu or Book of Moon but it defintly nice Burn and tech to stop flip flops.

I know it doesnt kill their f/d but you could always try chain disapearance. Use it on your own MoF, after a flip to remove theirs, gets rid of sangan, froggy etc. Its a rather nice peice of tech and as previously stated it may not kill a f/d but i stops them from playing the same thing twice.
You could always try Back to square 1. Better than DW lightning for f/d monsters since spin>destroy, not as versatile though.

Shield Crush. Better than Nobleman of Crossout in almost every way (except the removal part).

If we were talking the OCG I'd say Shield Crush, but since Konami hates every other country in the world except Japan you can go ahead and cross(out) that off the list... lol
Heh, you see what I did there? lol <<;
Anyway, the closest thing in the TCG would be Mystic Swordsman LV2 and others like it.

Use Orca Mega-Fortress of Darkness with some Torpedo Fish. Ha!
Dark World Lightning, discard a 1500 Water monster, and Salvage them later.
