Perfect Naruto Card...

I have created the perfect Yu-Gi-Oh card based upon the show Naruto. I don't think it's that broken, but I have two versions of the same card. Tell me what you think.

1. Sharingan Eye-Continuous Spell-During your Standby Phase, you must sacrifice one monster, discard a random card from your hand, and pay 500 lifepoints. If you do not, this card is destroyed. You control your opponent's turn from Draw Phase to End Phase.

2. Sharingan Eye-Quickplay Spell-Pay 1000 Life Points and select 1 face-up monster on your opponent's side of the field. Tribute all monsters on your side of the field. For each monster destroyed in this way, Special Summon a Sharingan Token on your side of the field. The token has the same attribute, type, atk, def, and effect of the selected monster. All tokens are destroyed at the end of the turn this card is activated.

Er... if you control your opponent's turn, you can make them surrender.

And your other one... seems dumb. Sorry, but it does. We've got that Mirage Token thing; no Tributes, no cost, but it only does one.

How about instead:

Sharingan
Trap
You can only activate this card when your opponent activates a Spell card that affects 1 monster on the field. Select 1 monster on your side of the field, and this card has the same effect for that monster.

Or something.
