Legal Way to Catch Deoxys!

In Fire Red/Leaf Green, there are 9 New Islands. On Island 9, Birth Island, there is a puzzel that you have to complete and when you do, Deoxys appears! Aso, depending on the version, Deoxys has two different mutations!

I wish they would include Jiraichi in the game too without you having to buy Colosseum. =\

i only found out yesterday as well, although i was on serebii.net trying to work out a good moveset for my Grovyle, as i restarted completely on Saturday after about 3 months of not playing
