i know this deck is not even close tp being T2 legal, so it's going to need some work. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Creatures (19)
1 Butcher Orgg
1 Solarion
1 Memnarch
4 Vulshok Sorcerer
3 Goblin Brawler
2 Vulshok Berserker
2 Ogre Leadfoot
2 Bonethorn Valesk
3 Spark Elemental
Other Spells (21)
1 Leyline of Lightning
1 Reroute
2 Magma Jet
2 Lava Axe
1 Meteor Shower

2 Yamabushi's Flame
1 Torrent of Fire
2 Crushing Pain
3 Pyromatics
1 Barbed Lightnong

I know almost ALL of these are illegal in T2... if i am correct, legal sets for T2 are the most recent core set, the Kamigawa block, and the Ravnica block, right?

Correct.
What kind of strategy are you going for? Adding white and making this deck Boros wouldn't be a bad idea.

its just an aggro burn deck... all i really do with it is use damage spells to lower life and use my creatures for strictly blocking. Explain what Boros is and i may go for it.

The better strategy early on is to attack with your creatures while your burn spells remove blockers. Once your initial creature assault weakens/runs out, you finish your opponent off with burn spells (targeting their life total).
Boros is a R/W deck that uses cheap (casting cost) white creatures like Savannah Lions and Isamaru to launch an aggressive assault early game, with burn spells such as Shock, Lightning Helix, and Char as support.
4 Savannah Lions
3 Isamaru, Hound of Konda
3 Suntail Hawk
4 Hand of Honor
4 Leonin Skyhunter
4 Boros Swiftblade
4 Shock
3 Char
4 Lightning Helix
4 Glorious Anthem
3 Umezawa's Jitte
4 Sacred Foundry
4 Battlefield Forge
2 Boros Garrison
6 Plains
2 Mountain
1 Shinka, the Bloodsoaked Kee
1 Eiganjo Castle
That's not the best Boros list ever, it's just an example of what Boros is. This is also a rather expensive version of it. Still, this will give you an idea of what Boros looks like.

I'm looking for something affordable though, because i'm on a budget. I plan on going to get some cards tonight, so if you know of any cards that are affordable (I am on a budget of $50 right now), I would be grateful.

For a cheaper version of Boros:
You can drop the 3 Isamaru's for 3 Lantern Kami (Suntail Hawk and Lantern Kami are the same thing). I would still try to get the Savannah Lions though because you will still need muscle.
You can drop the Chars and Umezawa's Jittes for Volcanic Hammer and Flames of the Blood Hand. I'd still try to get the Lightning Helix's because they are very important.
I'd still try to get ahold of the Glorious Anthems too.
For the lands, you can drop both Eiganjo and Shinka. You can also drop Battlefield Forge and Sacred Ground. Up the Boros Garrison to 4 if you do that. Your mana base is going to suffer but your pocket won't. Run significantly more plains than mountains.
Budget Boros
Creatures (22)
4 Savannah Lions
3 Suntail Hawk
3 Lantern Kami
4 Hand of Honor
4 Leonin Skyhunter
4 Boros Swiftblade
Spells (18)
4 Shock
3 Volcanic Hammer
3 Flames of the Blood Hand
4 Glorious Anthem
4 Lightning Helix
Lands (20)
4 Boros Garrison
10 Plains
6 Mountain
It shouldn't cost too much to make this version. Although this version lacks alot of important cards, you should still be able to win matches... the strategy/theme remains exactly the same.
