Breeding Question

Will the hatchling pokemon always be that of the father pokemon? If not is it the mother? If neither how do you get it to be it...

Also how do ou breed without a ditto, say you have a torchic, what would you breed it with?

If u have Emerald, than you can give your Blaziken Rock Slide via the move tutor on the Battle Frontier

I always thought that the camerupt had to know rock slide and earth quake for it to pass on to th baby, I could be wrong though, would u mind explaining this?

It does. It's implied though, because Camerupt learns them both by level up.

PS: does sex change anything about the pokemon....?
