Shedinja always has 1HP, no matter what. I saw that it can learn Substitute, what happens when he uses it? It's supposed to take 1/4 the HP, but [s]he only has 1 to take away.
Corsola's special ability, Hustle (Increases a move's attack power 1.5x, but the attack's average accuracy is only 80 percent.). Is it like Choice Band, where it only acts on one move, or does it effect all of them? Also, if a move such as Rock Blast (80 avg. accuracy) is played, does it get lowered by 20 or unaffected?
If I use Lock-On to "take aim" at my opponent, but then my oppnent uses Double team/anything else like that, is my move still guaranteed to hit? Same thing with vital Throw instead of Lock-On (it says its guaranteed to make the next move hit)
What level are regirock, registeel, and regice when you encounter them?
I read somewhere that Shiny Chimeco is one of the rarest Poke's. How is that so? Isn't it just as commonly found as any other Pokemon?

1. I don't really know, but probably can't use it.
2. I think it affects all. I believe it gets lowered.
3. Still guaranteed to hit
4. Level 40
5. Shiny Pokemons are very extremely rare to find. Finding a Shiny Chimeco, good luck with that.

I know theyre hard to find, but what makes Shiny Chimeco harder than, say, Shiny Plusle (just the first one I thought of)

shiny chimecho is harder than shiny pulse, because (I'm making an inference, btw) a regular chimecho is rarer than a regular pulse.
seriously, I had to make at least 5 "excursions" to mt. pyre (in ruby) just to get a regular chimecho (and those excursions were VERY long) Imagine how hard it will be (in my ruby, chimecho's rarity may be different in the other games) to get a shiny chimecho, when It is very hard to get a regular one.
opposite-ly, pulse is one of the first pokemon u will see on whatever route it is on. There for, since u see pulse more than a chimecho in the wild, the odds are better to see a shiny pulse

there is a better chance of finding a plusle than a chimecho to start with.
if you could make it so plusles and chimechos were the only pokemon to appear, you would have a better chance of finding a shiny one, but since plusles are fairly common, and chimechos are rare, you'd have to battle a lot more pokemon to find one chimecho and a whole lot more to find a shiny one.
edit: master phil beat me to it. read his instead. His sounds cooler.

Shedinja always has 1HP, no matter what. I saw that it can learn Substitute, what happens when he uses it? It's supposed to take 1/4 the HP, but [s]he only has 1 to take away. It'll say that he's too weak to make a Substitute.
Serebii is wrong here. All moves get their accuracy reduced by 20%, regardless of their original accuracy.
If I use Lock-On to "take aim" at my opponent, but then my oppnent uses Double team/anything else like that, is my move still guaranteed to hit? Same thing with vital Throw instead of Lock-On (it says its guaranteed to make the next move hit) Yes, the move will hit regardless of evasion increases or the move's original accuracy.
What level are regirock, registeel, and regice when you encounter them? Level 40.
I read somewhere that Shiny Chimeco is one of the rarest Poke's. How is that so? Isn't it just as commonly found as any other Pokemon? Chimecho has a 1% encounter rate in one place in the whole game, so it's not just as common as any other Pokémon. In fact, it's considered the rarest non-legendary Pokémon in the game.
There. I hope I helped.

I didn't check Serebii, I just saw that in my guidebook.
1% chance? Wow, that's like Dunsparce on G/S/C...
Thanks for the help, everyone

I wouldn't consider Chimecho the rarest non-legendary. I've very almost completed the hoenn pokedex on Sapphire (only need Staryu and Starmie now), and for me, the hardest pokemon to get was Nosepass. He has a very low appearance rate, and only appears as a Rock Smash wild pokemon in Granite Cave, which has very few Rocks to be smashed.

I would consider Feebas the rarest non-legendary(still don't have it :(), then chimecho. I got nose pass pretty easy, but I was probably just lucky...
