Probably the best Mono-Rock-type team available

Cradilly (as Grass/Rock)
Armaldo (as Rock/Bug)
Aerodactyl (as Rock/Flying)
Kabutops/Omastar (as Rock/Water)

Those should all be very good choices. Even though this is a rock type team, you should have a wide range of types to accompany the Rock element. Definitely, have a Grass/Rock type to counter the Rock's weakness to Grass and Water, and a Flying type to counter the ground weakness.
