Need Help on Pokemon Modified format

Hey all! i gave up on pokemon after Neo Genesis and now i'm seeing some comeback in it. I'm currently trying to build a deck based on the modified format and i know most of the rules and which cards to use in modified, however, since i have been mising on the newest sets, i need some help on what are the current staples of every deck(such as drawing cards, etc...)can someone help me out on this? I'm interested in trying to make one of those infamous Blaziken/Rayquaza EX/Ampharos decks, but i need to know which cards are staples, i'm not asking anybody to build a deck for me, i'm just asking which trainers/supporter/tools people should have to make any deck, any help will be greatly appreciated. If you're building a BAR deck, you need these trainers:

Oracle
TV Reporter
Rare Candy
Prof. Oak's Research
Copycat

make sure u have Dunsparce in any deck u play from Sandstorm. It is a really good and fast acard i play four in eveyone of my decks. helps set up faster.

4 Dunsparce from Sandstorm are a MUST.
You need the basic trainers thats sneaselsrevenge stated but NO COPYCAT. But you need 4 of each. Maybe some Switch and Warp Point with Town's Volunteers.

(It's common sense for everyone, even if they don't play a BAR deck :confused: )
