Need help with this pokemon!

Ok , I gat back into pokemon and I bought pokemon ruby(again) and I caught a zubat.Well How do I get him to elvo in to a crobat?

You have to evolve him to Golbat first, then get him happy and level him up. He'll then evolve into Crobat.

To make him happy, don't give him any bitter medicine, don't let him faint, give him an item to hold, (preferably a sooth bell) and use items on him.

You can check to see how much you pokemon likes you in Verdanturf town I beilieve. Talk to the lady in the house next to Wally's with the Pikachu. Have your Golbat/Zubat in front and she'll say how much it likes you. It doesn't have to adore you to evolve into Crobat, it just has to be happy.

So , when he's happy dose he evolve or do I have to leve him up one more leve then evolve?

You have to level him up after he's happy to get him to evolve.

Just remember he has to evolve to Golbat first.

He gets to golbat at lvl 22, and if you use him regularly in battle, and keep him happy, he'll evolve. Lol, my brother once evolved Golbat into Crobat at lvl 23. one level after he became a crobat.

I caught a Zubat at LV8, and Golbat evolved to Crobat at LV32, so it doesn't take that long. Just be nice to him, and give him alot of stat-boosters. (Protein, etc.)

Actually, you don't have to battle with them or use items on them at all.

Just walk around with them a lot, don't deposit them in the PC, and don't lets them faint.

This is proved by my level 6 Blissey. (Well, it's level 53 now, but it did evolve at level 6)
