I'm thinking about getting Emerald, or starting a new game on Sapphire (since I already have Ruby), and want to have a team that works for me. Tell me how this seems, and can anyone give suggestions of what moves I should change and what Items to give? Along with what nature it needs, if that matters

Ludicolo
Leech Seed
water Pulse
Toxic
Rain Dance

Slaking
Crush Claw (which pokemon learns this, so I can breed it to slakoth?)
EarthQuake
Hyper Beam (if I use this and he sleeps on next turn, that makes it so the downside of Hyper Beam doesn't really do anything... is that correct?)
Return/Frustration, depending on how I raise it

Gardevoir
Psychic
Calm Mind
Thunder Bolt
Thief/something else (couldnt find a 4th move)

Blaziken
Bulk Up
Rock Slide
Sky Uppercut/Brick Break
Flamethrower

Now, for the last 2 PokeMon, I have 2 different versions. How I make my Absol decides what the last one will be, so please help me decide which.
BUILD 1
Absol
Bulk Up
Aerial Ace
Attract
Bite

Ninjask (he will probably be in the front, If I use it)
Baton Pass
Swords Dance
Silver Wind (who learns it? I need to know so I can breed it into Nincada)
Shadow Punch

BUILD 2
Absol
Calm Mind
Ice Beam
Bite
something else, not sure what...

Lanturn
Surf
Rain Dance
Thunder
Confuse Ray

If I should change anything, let me know.

*You are correct about the Hyper Beam deal

Blaziken

Now, for the last 2 PokeMon, I have 2 different versions. How I make my Absol decides what the last one will be, so please help me decide which.
BUILD 1
Absol
Bulk Up
Aerial Ace
Attract
Bite
(With Slaking, you dont really need Absol)
Ninjask (he will probably be in the front, If I use it)
Baton Pass
Swords Dance
Silver Wind (who learns it? I need to know so I can breed it into Nincada)
Aerial Ace (Some decisions to make...Ace on Slaking or Ninjask
*Masquerain and Beautifly learns Silver Wind

BUILD 2
Absol
Calm Mind
Ice Beam
Bite
something else, not sure what...
(Absol is better going physical)

Lanturn
Surf
Rain Dance
Thunder
Confuse Ray/Ice Beam

If I should change anything, let me know.

Do you think you need a Ground type in here? For those Electric types or those Fire types that you need help taking out.

Good luck with your team

Alright, so how is this?

Ludicolo- Drainer/Staller
Leech Seed
Water Pulse
Toxic
Rain Dance

Slaking- Physical Sweeper
Shadow Ball (which pokemon learns this, so I can breed it to slakoth?)
EarthQuake
Skill Swap
Aerial Ace

Gardevoir- Special Sweeper
Psychic
Calm Mind
Thunder Bolt
Rest (I'll use Thunder Wave If I get Emerald)

Blaziken- Mixed Sweeper
Bulk Up
Rock Slide
Sky Uppercut/Brick Break (which one should I use)
Flamethrower

Skarmory- Spiker
Spikes
Drill Peck
Roar
Rest

Claydol- Spinner/Physical Sweeper
Rapid Spin
Earthquake
Bulk Up
Explosion

Seem alright? I made a couple of fixes, then put in Skarmory and Claydol. Not too sure about using Claydol though

Seems good and you can just give Slaking the Shadow Ball TM.

For Skarmory, you dont need Rest on him. Replace it with Steel Wing or Toxic.

For Claydol...it can learn Bulk Up? Its not really needed tho. Maybe Psychic to take down those Poison or Fighting Types without having to do too much switching. Or the occasional Weezing.

For Blaziken, I like Sky Uppercut, it rarely misses with me, but if you have trouble with it than go with Brick Break.

beautifly learns silver wind, and zangoose lerns crush claw

and for slaking and hyper beam, I believe that does work

Alright, thanks. I'll do that

masterphil- Zangoose is the only one? I'm glad I decided to change that one, since Zangoose isn't in Saphire. Thanks though.

And on my Ruby version, I found something that I can do... (not relating to any of this)
I have a male Wurmple that I can evolve into the nighttime cocoon and then to Dustox. If I get Dustox to level 24 (or somewhere around there) he learns Psybeam. If I breed him with my female Surskit, I get a baby Surskit w/ Psybeam. Worth doing? Not for anything competitive, just for the heck of it.
And would Surskit/Masquerian be good for a Special Sweeper if I get it that move, or is it just for filling the box?

surprisingly, zangoose is the only one that can learn crush claw, according to the website I went on (not including egg moves, just by leveling up)

I think it would be cool to have a masquerain with psybeam. It can also learn hydro pump through egg moves, and it woul d be cool if it knew those moves

Hmmm... would this kind of thing be good for Masquerian? I'm not sure what would be a good moveset for it

Psybeam
Hydro Pump (unfortunately, I'll probably have to go through alot of work getting it both of these)
Attract
Toxic

Make it so they possibly can't attack from Attract and the occasional Confusion from Psybeam, then make them lose lots of HP with Toxic and one of the 2 offensive moves.

Looks good?

It can learn Silver Wind as well (not sure by leveling up tho.)

I rented one on Emerald (Battle Factory) and it knew:

Silver Wind
Aerial Ace
Icy Wind
Stun Spore

It learns Silver Wind at level 47. But only Masquerian does, not Surskit.

Leech Seed

Slaking can't learn Skill Swap...

Gardevoir- Special Sweeper
Psychic
Calm Mind
Thunder Bolt
Will-O-Wisp/Destiny Bond

Blaziken- Sweeper
Bulk Up/Swords Dance (if you get Emerald)
Rock Slide
Sky Uppercut
Overheat

Skarmory- Spiker

Drill Peck
Roar
Rest/Taunt

Claydol- Spinner
Rapid Spin
Earthquake
Ice Beam

Claydol rocks. And I highly recommend getting Emerald. :D
