The fixes are in bold. Also, obviously made for in-game.
Kyogre @ Lum Berry - Special Sweeper
Calm Mind
Ice Beam
Surf
Thunder
I switched your starter to Kyogre, especially since your team needs the rain to get going. If you use Calm Mind, you don't want to use Water Spout, since you could potentially take much damage from Physical Attacks in between your boosts, lowering your Spout's power. You could replace the Lum with a Chesto, and Calm Mind with Rest, so that you can use Water Spout, if you like that kind of thing. Rest will keep the Spout pretty powerful, wile you get STAB and weather bonuses.
Manetric @ King's Rock - Psuedo Hazer / Shuffler
Thunder
Bite
Roar
Thunder Wave
Manectric definitely has enough Speed for Flinch effect with Bite. He also serves nicely as an annoyer with Thunder Wave and Bite / King's Rock, since you minimalize the chances of them getting to attack.
Swampert @ Chesto Berry - Mixed Sweeper
Surf
Earthquake
Rest
Rain Dance
I'm not too big of a fan of Return (in-game), since boxing something using it for a short amount of time can lower its power so much; especially on Swampert, who has no STAB and lower Physical Attack.
Milotic @ Lum Berry - Staller?
Ice Beam
Confuse Ray
Surf
Recover
Great set. Nothing more needs to be said. Recover and Lum restore Milotic on both sides of the spectrum. Similar to my Milotic (actually similar to almost everyone's Milotic!).
Heracross @ Lum Berry - Physical Sweeper
Swords Dance
Endure
Reversal
Megahorn
My own Heracross, incidentally. Go with Lum Berry to avoid something like an annoying Paralysis or an unwanted Burn / Poison; all of which would severely stop this thing right in its tracks. I would recommend a Salac Berry, but you don't want to be using one of those during every battle!
Ludicolo @ Leftovers (MUST have Rain Dish!)
Dive
Leech Seed
Toxic
Double Team / Ice Beam
You needed a sixth, so I added something that will annoy almost anything. Obviously, Seed, Dive, Toxic, Dive, then begin the Double Team. Make sure to have the weather rainy, or this thing won't work! Ludicolo has many things going for its HP restoration: Rain Dish, Leech Seed, and Leftovers. Take advantage of these three things and Double Team, and nothing will be able to hit you--or else any damage will be automatically restored!
I was tempted, and so I did:
...its so hard and long....
That's what she said! ;p

Sorry, you can't. I didn't realize you had no access to other games. You can either keep the Brick Break on him, which I'm not too comfortable about, or you can switch the set to something like:
Heracross @ Lum Berry - Physical Sweeper
Megahorn
Rock Slide
Brick Break
Bulk Up

Earthquake over Bulk Up, and attach Choice Band. Must have Guts ability.

I actually typed that exact thing in, but cleared it, since he has no access to other games: Choice Band is very hard to get in-game.
So, _Cookie go with the moveset I posted above. Thanks for trying to correct me anyway, Interfed.
