how do u get ur pokemon to hate u?

a) faint it alot and restore it with the revive herb
b) feed it bitter herbs from lavaridges herb store for hp restore
c) purposely get it paralyzed, poisened, burned etc and heal it with the herb
d) start with a new poke (like a new egged poke or just caught - reduces the amount of work)
e) when you think youve got it hating you, go to vedanturf and ask the lady to look at your poke and then shell say "it looks vicious, its terrifying" or something like that. i forget...

its not hard to make something hate it with the herbs, just make sure that you do it quick because keeping it on your team the longer makes it like you more.

Training and walking make a Pokemon like you more, so if you were thinking about Frustration, forget it. You don't have to do much extra to get a Pokemon to like you but you have to actively torture a Pokemon for its disaproval.

If you're thinking about using frustration, forget it, the only place where you'll ever see it is the 'bots.
