nope the entrance to the cave is sealed so its just a big rock now.if you have pokemon coloseum you can trade a pokemon to your r/s holding a master ball.[you get one in that game.oh and sorry you didnt get it rare hunter x and cyclone.that really sucks cuz there are 5 legendaries you can catch in the game.[6 if you count both latias ans latios but you can only catch one in the game.]
