I know that sandstorm damages all pokes except rouck, ground, and steel, but does it also give them a bonus, like raindance to water type moves??? Also, is there some special move taht becomes more accurate with sandstorm, such as thunder becomes more accurate while it is raining.

I think it just gives damage and activates the Sand Veil trait that increases evasion.

The main effect of Sandstorm is to deal damage in between turns. Specifically, it does 1/16 damage (the same as Leftovers restores each turn, fyi) to all Pokémon other than Ground-, Steel-, and Rock-types, and any Pokémon with the Sand Veil trait (which includes Cacnea / Cacturne). Sandstorm doesn't actually affect any attacks...

1/16, not 16%

Sunny day increases fire moves by 50% and makes Solarbeam instant.

Sandstorm cuts the effectiveness of synthesis

Hail is just like Sandstorm, it doesn't power up or weaken anything. It just causes 1/16HP damage to any Pokémon not of the Ice type.

Sunny Day boosts the power of Fire-type moves by 50%, makes Solarbeam rapid-fire, cuts Thunder's accuracy to 50%, and boosts the effectiveness of Morning Sun/Synthesis/Moonlight to recover 2/3HP. Also, Frozen Pokémon thaw quicker in the sun.

Rain Dance boosts the power of Water-type moves by 50%, gives Thunder Swift-like accuracy, cuts Solarbeam's power, and reduces the effectiveness of Morning Sun/Synthesis/Moonlight to recover 1/4HP. Also, Frozen Pokémon stay Frozen longer in the rain.

First, recognize the opposing abilities of both Groudon and Kyogre. Then, think about Rayquaza's role in the Emerald story plot.

Got Air Lock?

Air Lock negates all weather effects in play, and prevents them from being put back into play for as long as Rayquaza is in the battle. Unlike Groudon and Kyogre's abilities, Air Lock lasts only until Rayquaza switches out.

Golduck gets an ability called Cloud Nine that does the exact same thing.

Does the negation include kyogre, and groudon's abilities??? I tihink that I had raquaza in a double battle with groudon, and the sun still shone, or maybe it didn't, it was a while since i used them to gether.

Also, does the negation only happen immediaty when the weather move is used (ex: 'quaza out, opponent uses sunny day, gets negated?) or does it negate the weather if he comes out, and the weather is already changed(ex: groudon out, then dies, the 'quaza comes out, will it negate the already sunny weather??)

Btw, I have ruby, not emerald...

It negates any attempts at activating a weather effect and eliminates any weather effects already in play.

Note: It will still say that "the sun is shining" or "its raining" But the weather's effects won't apply.

That clears A LOT up. I was getting worried there was something wrong with my game...
