Put recover on Latios instead of thunderbolt. Psychic and dragon claw are enough in terms of attack and you already have thunderbolt on Regice.

If your using Ludicolo as an annoyer I'd suggest the following set.
Ludicolo@Leftovers
Bold:252 HP, 129 Sp.def, 129 Def
Rain Dance
Leech Seed
Toxic
Surf
Ability:RAIN DISH!!
Surf>>>>>>>Dive in all cases for the reason that Dive makes you lose a turn for less power than Surf can dish out if you attacked both turns. Plus dive allows the opponent to switch in something that will take minimal damage form Dive.

Nuetral777; Rain Dance is being considered but then is Leech Seed still necessary?

Latios ought to have Soul Dew if you have it. No Recover is okay, since you'd never use it in three-on-three match ups.
Ludicolo should have EVs in HP so he can recover more HP. Special defense EVs aren't necessary because he has naturally higher special defense and all of his weaknesses are physical. As for the set, I use:
Ludicolo@Leftovers
-Leech Seed
-Toxic
-Double Team/Protect
-Dive
Rain Dish recovery is minimal, so Rain Dance isn't necessary. Dive is an incredibly useful move, especially against the dumb computor that doesn't know how to counter it. While you're underwater, you recover from Leftovers and Leech Seed, and Leech seed and Toxic do damage. Though a human would be wise enough to switch to something that would resist it, the computor doesn't know how to respond to this (it chooses its move randomly). Protect is good for the same reason, though Double Team is useful if the BT hasn't brought in Hazers, Odor Slueths, or something with Foresight.
You'd use Dive on Ludicolo in the same way you'd use Fly on Crobat. The actual base damage isn't what you're looking for, it's the stalling ability it gives you.
Leech Seed is better than Rain Dance. It usually heals more in addition to dealing damage, and since most of your damage is coming from Toxic and Leech Seed, the boost it gives his water move you can disregard for the most part.
Regice is usually a dedicated special wall, so maxed HP and special defense are usually what you see. Toxic would probably be better than Amnesia, since you can't always rely on Regice's special attacks to get the job done, for example against another Regice or Lanturn.

Toxic on Regice. Sounds good.
I guess I'll add Dive in place for Ice Beam and see how that goes. Should I continue to play Regice in my party? If not, perhaps any recommended replacements?
Thnx Fallen.

You might want to put on a physical attacker, everything you've got is special based. While with toxic that shouldn't be much of a problem, you could always add Metagross or Salamence. Most stuff with high special defense/resistance can be taken care of with Toxic.
Oh, and Giga Drain (HP:grass if you can get it) is good to have on Ludicolo for Swampert.

Rain Dish recovery is minimal, so Rain Dance isn't necessary. Um, Rain Dish isn't to be used by itself. With Rain Dish, Leech Seed, and Leftovers your gaining a lot of HP.
Dive is an incredibly useful move, especially against the dumb computor that doesn't know how to counter it. Stalling ability? True, In-game opponents are completely stupid. However, IRL Dive sucks. There is no Stalling, You want to Stall use Protect. All Dive, Dig, and Fly just make you lose 1 turn in order to attack with a weak attack. If the damage was equal to or greater than Surf with STAB and Rain Dance bonus then go for it. But I don't see it happening. Surf is the Better choice because it is a Solid attack. You can Toxic, Seed, Dance, then Surf them to pieces. Ludicolo's set is hindered if it gets Toxic used on itself. So, a Crobat with the set Aerial Ace, Toxic, Confuse Ray, Protect. Would pwn Ludicolo with its eyes closed. Fallen Ronin if you would please stop suggesting the use of Fly, Dive, and Dig on competitive pokemon sets that would be great. BTW, BT gets harder and takes more strategy the more trainers you beat so Dive/Fly/Dig will only hurt you later on.

Portect offers a turn of regaining health from Leech Seed and Lefties.
Dive offers the same thing AND with an attack.
It seems logical to me.
^_^
But peace Nuetral.

Protect is better for burning a single turn. Ludicolo will have to stall for a lot more than one turn.
Leftovers+Leech Seed ought to be enough recovery. Generally, Leech Seed heals more than Rain Dance AND deals damage.
With something like Ludicolo, most of your damage comes indirectly through Toxic and Leech seed. He's only got 70 base special attack, anyway. You can pretty much (for the most part) disregard the damage dealt. Plus, if they switch to Kingdra or something, you can Toxic the new target.
IRL (where did this TLA originate?), I've used Fly and Dive very effectively. I'll admit, when I've used Fly, it's (usually) been on a Crobat with Mean Look. But ever Ludicolo I've ever used has had Dive. Does it deal decent damage directly? No. Does it prolong the length of the battle, resulting in more damage from Toxic and Leech Seed? Yes. Would using Surf make much more of a difference in direct damage? Not really, since a lot of the time Dive deals a miniscule amount of damage to Regice or Kingdra (I see a lot of these).
Remember, Ludicolo is primarily defensive. You're not putting EVs or nature into it special attack, and his base is only a mediocre 70.
