By pop out, do you mean pop out of the rectangular banner or pop out as in more 3d stand out-ish?

I like the right half of the background, but I don't think the placement is right for it and Vegeta.

I suppose it's.. okay. Maybe elaborate on it some and I'll have a better idea of it...

Gamerenders is gay I'd hate it if like 300 other people all had the same stocks as me. Which is why I find/cut out my own.

ummm let me break in what is the big fuss over stocks the was pre cut and not pre cut...do it really matter to someone who just wants to make a tag without the hassle of cutting it....and if 300 other people uses the stock than thats some *****...i dont think 300 of the tags would be the same...not to be rude or offensive but i dont see the big deal with the PS society...like people nit pick over anything...
