I didn't enter the torunament, but I have analyzed people's decks and a lot of them were teching Goldd due to Graceful Charity. There has been a lot of people that were running dual Magician of Faiths as well. Overall, there wasn't much change in the meta really.

I never seen this card come out so many times in the first 3 turns I had.
I kept gettin Phoenix out within the first 4-5 turns.

i was 3-0 and then i got a new type of god hand against me. i have an absolutely bad hand and my opponent plays graceful, sets magician of faith, and then tsukuyomi+magician of faith = 6 graceful's and 2 pot of avarices against me. YEY!!!!!

2-4 with my spellcasters, it was brutal, considering for the previous month i've made 1st, 2nd and 4th with them.

Most everyone was running the usual beatdown with very little changes, no darkworld to be seen, but Jinzos, Blowback Dragons, Dark Ruler Ha Des as the main tributes, treeborn frogs, chainsaw insects, slate warriors everywhere, a few people over-extending with mauraudings and cyber dragons without drawing into my mirror force -_-

problem: need a freggin treeborn frog and a few smashings more then ever now -_-

I went 4-0 and won the tourney with a Flip Flop Burn featuring Hamon.

It was glorious. I only attacked 3 times in 4 duels. Other times it was Wave Motion Cannon, Curran and Lava Golem that shined. Couple times someone got out something nasty, but I either made it food for Lava Golem or attacked it with Hamon (after playing Royal Decree) :D

One guy played Uria and Snatched my Hamon, Right into Gravity Bind. He killed Gravity Bind with Uria, but I just played Giant Trunade, got back Hamon, tributed 2 of his for Lava Golem and sat back and watched as Stealth Bird did the rest :) I hardly missed Dark Hole or Cyber Jar. In fact, if others were running them, I would not have done as well.

I came back from a regionals tournament in orlando today and went 4-4(meh..I have done better). Not to shabby for not really knowing what to expect. I played a Phoenix/Ninja deck, and it worked surprisingly well. I won my first 3 rounds with it.

I want to give a shout out to Hunter for giving me the Idea of a Phoenix/Ninja deck. Thanks!!!!!!!

I won my local with a FFC, getting $50 Store Credit. I found out the DW decks people made here, OTK'd me one game and I 8000-0'd them the next 2. Inconsistency? I think not! But teching Goldds for Reaper/Don/Charity worked very well for me and others. It won me a game in the finals against a friend running Soul Control with 3 Thestalos.

On the trading side I traded Mobius and 2 Treeborn's for a AST Enemy Controller, and a Cyber Dragon Also traded a Goldd for Brain Control, Skill Drain, and a Zaborg.

I did horrible. My Spellcaster deck lost to a Horus lockdown. The annoying part wasn't the deck, I actually liked it, but the kid TOOK FOREVER just to play ONE card/move. Right after that, my brother fought him w/ an Exodia deck. Bro's stall + Horus kid's mentallity= LONGEST. MATCH. EVER!!!!:eek:

Took 4th out of 10 players. (they only allowed 10 players and you couldn't pre regester for it either.) Wasn't a official tournament and question if the guys running it really knew what they were doing too. This for the first outting for this deck so 4th isn't too bad and from what i heard talking to the other players they were having some troubles with there decks that partly had to do with taking a card or two out of them due to new ban list. Tomorrow will be the real test the weekly game and 20-30 people usually show up to that one.

I got 21st 4 wins 3 loses I only lost because the other 3 decks had chaos socerer's strangly enough chainable traps saved my ass plenty times.What was also wierd people said horn of heaven wouldnt work in my deck were they wrong it stopped the following monsters DMoC,Mobius,BWD wich in turn won me those duels.
I'd say I done quite well since I was running Aqua the card that helped me the most was my hydrogeddon's there so evil so inturn for my first april list tourny and first tourny for a while I'd say not bad.
