why doesnt he have any good stats besides HP? or am i doing something wrong? cuz he's level 35 and besides his HP his highest stat isnt even 60

Wobbuffet's purpose is to take as much damage as he can with his bad defenses and astronomical HP and Counter/Mirror Coat it back in their faces. He doesn't need offensive stats because the damage he inflicts is based on the damage he receives, and Speed is pointless since he always goes second. Focus EVs on HP and Speed, with a handful in whichever defense is weaker to balance them out. Attach Leftovers and give him any +Spd nature.

your obviously a nub. he doesnt need to attack. wob is broken. he only d bond's, encores, the counter if physical atk or mirror coat for spec atk

He can also get Safeguard to protect himself and your team from status ailments.

Wobbuffet is broken enough as is, you don't see people complaining about Blissey's piddly defense/attack, and Snorlax's pitiful speed has never hindered his use in standard play.

because the main point of wobbofet is to counter your opponents moves and kill them in one hit.

Sir Fallen Ronin is correct, as usual. Certain things like nature, IVs, and gender cannot be changed. The only thing you can do is find another pokemon of the same species that has the nature/ability/whatever that you want.
