For those who don't own a Game Cube, how are you going to get the GSC pokemon?

They'll probably import them from Pokémon Red Fire/Green Leaf.

Red Fire/Green Leaf contains the RBY pokemon.
Pokemon Collusium contains GSC pokemon.

no... PC contains all the Dark GSC pokemon...
FRLG has RBY and any non-Dark GSC pokemon (except pokemon that evolve into Darks)... FRLG also has Deoxys...

Fire Red and Leaf Green is the simple answer to this question. If I don't want to get thos I will just buy a Gameshark.

screw r/s when FR/LG comes out im selling my r/s there are neo old and some of the new set of pokemon in FR/LG

I'm going to sound like a Noob saying this but you can have GSC pokemon imported to R/S? I haven't heard much about this game.

You can't trade any GB Pokemon games with GBA games. When Collessium comes out you'll be able to trade GSC Pokemon into your Ru/Sa games, and when FRLG come out you can trade RBY Pokemon into your Ru/Sa games.

All 386 Pokémon were originally programmed into the database of Ru/Sa, so it's possbile to obtain all of them. Luckily enough they've created games that make it easy to do so.

its to hard to keep up with r/s trading the pokemon to them then payign 50 to make teh time thign go back to normal.

Ah. Does that mean we're getting Eevee in FR/LG? I think in PC the starter is Espeon/Umbreon. (But it's always male.)
Also, are the GSC starters in FR/LG?

Seems like I don't know as much about this as I thought I did.
