can I give vitamins, calcium and such, can I give 10 total, or ten in each area?

so could I do this

Hp: 10 hp ups
atk: 10 protien
def: 10 iron
spdef: 10
spatk: 10
sp: 1 (yes 1)
total 510 pts
as in can i give all effort points in vitamins if done like so?

Yes, you can do it just like that with 51 vitamins.

It would cost me over half my cash for a single pkmn (wait for sales then buy, buy, buy) also if in a dble battle, both pkmn are holding amulet coin do u get 4X cash.

You could, but its a very bad idea. Your much better off not spreading the EVs around.

I've never tried getting 4x cash wiht 2 amulet coins LOL and don't think it would work (but I have to admire your spirit!) WTH try it and see.

Whenever you can, make sure to have several Zigs (zigzagoons/linoone) in your party since they pick up an incredible amount of valuable stuff (like nuggets and protein) that you can use to help pay for all of your vitamins and stuff. I play the whole game this way!

Or you could just buy an AR, and save hundreds of agonizing hours training etc.
