Heal Bellers?

Does anybody here ever use Heal Bellers anymore, are they needed? Since their are only 4 Legal ones. What do you think the best heal beller is?

I Love Chimecho. It's my favorite psudo-passer (I alternate it with Jirachi, I'm giving its set too).

It's probably worth mentioning that Smeargle can get Heal Bell and Aromatherapy (though why you'd use it on him is beyond me).

Blissey makes a good Aromatherapist and special wall. And the fact that she gets Counter and Aromatherapy this time around makes her Cheap.
