does any 1 know how to get a bellosome get magicial leaf and a vielplume to get mega drain

According to upnetwork.com, Magical Leaf is a Level Up moved Bellossom learns at Level 1, and Mega Drain is the same for Vileplume.
To get Magical Leaf, go to the Move Tutor and give him a Heart Scale. He can teach Bellossom Magical Leaf.
Vileplume can learn Mega Drain the same way.
