Time travasty!!

How come after a year all time-related events are put to a halt in R/S, but not in G/S/C???
I have had my crystal version for a cuple of years now and all the contests and berrys and such still work right.

theres a mistake on the programming... the Jirachi preorder disc fixes the problem...
