If your EVs are maxed, then just use the daycare trick (before you ask what it is, check my sig). Please don't post your stats. They mean nothing. What is really important is EVs and nature. If you feel like it, post IVs. And if you don't understand what I just said, don't ask. It's already been answered in a little place of magic, the name and location of which is revealed in my sig.

For team rating, there are many forms in which to post Pokemon data. I use this:

Name of Pokemon@Hold item
-First move
-Second Move
-Third Move
-Forth Move
*Pokemon's nature, EV distribution, special ability if there is more than one

Some people might consider this a little sloppy, but I think it's pretty understandable.

I'm going to assume that you are new to the games and/or competitive play. Everyone was so don't be ashamed. Here is a tip: Try and think of Movesets that complement the pokemons stats. For example: Manectric has high Special Attack but Low Attack power. Iron Tail is a Steel type move, thus the Attack Stat is used in the damage calculation. You want to use the Special Type moves(i.e, Fire, Electric, Grass, Ice, ect.) on Manectric because of its High Special Attack stat. Same goes for others. Some pokemon have low attacking stats but high defensive stats. Those are usually Tanks. Look for an Advanced Trainer Guide on the net and you can get it explained better.
