Ok, here's a new team. It's sorta for colloseum so the items must all be different. Also, I don't shark or have Fire Red/Leaf Green

On Starmie, replace Thunder with Thunderbolt and Rain Dance with Psychic.
For Raikou, put Thunderbolt over thunder and Calm Mind over Rain Dance. You might want to go Timid, maybe. And make sure you have 252 EVs in speed as well as special attack. Watch out for Dugtrio.
Crobat looks okay, I guess, though you might want to put 252 EVs in speed so it can be on par with Jolteon, Mewtwo, etc.
If you want a Tank, I'd go with:
Kingdra@Lefties
-Double Team/Ice Beam
-Toxic
-Surf
-Rest
252 EVs in HP, nature taking away from attack and contributing to one of the defenses, EVs split between the two defenses so that they're equal
Be Very careful with Tyranitar, because all of your Pokemon are Sandstorm-vulnerable. Anyway, I'd put DD over AA.
Give Misdreavus Bright Powder, it lowers enemy accuracy by 30% while Focus Band only prevents KOs 10% of the time (I think). And put Destiny Bond in the last slot.
Your team looks pretty good, just be careful using Tyranitar.

As Ronin said earlier, replace Thunder with Thunderbolt. Thunderbolt might be weaker, but more accurate.
I've had too many situations where I badly need to finish off an opponent, and my move ends up missing. Ugh.

I'm not saying accuracy>damage. I'm saying in the long run, Thunderbolt will do more damage.
Thunderbolt: 95*100%=95
Thunder: 120*70%=84
95>84. Thunderbolt>Thunder
But with something like Fire blast:
Flamethrower: 95*100%=95
Fire Blast: 120*85%=102
95<102. Flamethrower<Fire Blast
The biggest dispute come from Surf versus Hydro Pump:
Surf: 95*100%=95
Hydro Pump: 120*80%=96
95<96. But, is the loss of 16 PP really worth it? And what about times when 120 is overkill and you really need a sure hit? Despite the fact that 95<96, many people, myself included, say Surf>Hydro Pump.
However, you're really missing the whole point. He had Rain Dance. Rain means 100% accurate Thunder. In this case, Thunderbolt is better than Thunder because you want to save a slot.
