I heard he can absorb anybody I choose instead of just a random charecter how do I do it!!!

You can't. It's always random.

Yeah, just random. First battle Buu could absorb Vegeta, next battle he could absorb Cell or Frieza. I think the only way it would be random is if you used a gameshark or Action Replay.
