It's a combo type deck because most of these girls can't go head to head against big guys like Jinzo and Mobius >.<.

I know there are tons of ways to improve this deck I want to stick to the theme. At the same time I would like to say this, this is a Dark Magician Girl deck not Dark Magician.

I know I have a few Staples I believe 6, and I would like to keep it that way.

i'm sorry i'm afraid you missed the part about me wanting to have the least amount of cookie cutter ness in my deck as possible. I'm aware of the benefits my deck can obtain and i thank you for posting those suggestions. But i'm looking towards originality while making it still a bit competitive ^^.

yea, know they are not spellcasters, but if you were to take out the 2 skilled darks and through in two amazoness swordswomens the female part of the theme would be presevered and you would add in some pretty good cards. The swordsmasters are great when your opponent is low on lp and if your opponent is stallin with some high defence monsters, ram the swordswomen into them and watch ur opponent take the damage.

Well Im sure it does fine competitivley as well. I just like decks that seem more fun. Im working on building a deck that uses no cards that you can only have one copy of, but I need a few cards to get it to work. I think it'll be pretty cool... :D

Hmm i like how that looks, i'll go try it out when i actually do get a smashing ground. I prefer 1 fissure and 1 smashing since Defences are not what i'm worrying about.

How come there are no Dark Magicians?
There are ways you can dump him in the grave yard so you can power up DMG.
I would take out Lily. You don't have ANY Life Gain cards to support her effect. The same goes for Mirror Wall.

Waite till DMG's lil' sister Magician's Valkryia and her big bro Magician Of Black Chaos come out in English.

As long as Magician's Valkryia remains face up on your side of the field your opponent can't attack your other spellcasters.

If you dump Magician Of Black Chaos in your graveyard then DMG will also get a power boost froom him too.

Have you ever considered Magic Cylinders, Spellbinding Circle and Magical Hats? Those cards would fit a DMG theme pretty well.

I know Magic Cylinders is still considered " Staple" But still... it's good protection for you and your monsters.
The Spellbinding Circle and Magical Hats trap cards would make some pretty interesting "Surprises".

You also have NO draw power. That really slows the deck down and it will put you at a disadvantage.
There are a few "non staple" draw engines like the trap card Jar of Greed and the spell card Upstart Goblin.

I'm sorry, DMG; but... DMG doesn't have enough support to be a successful decktype on her own. She was created as support for Dark Magician. And thus; I'll be turning your deck into a DM deck.

Just change how you use it from an average DM deck; get DMG on the field quickly, and DMs in the graveyard quickly.

hmm... i do see the lack of speed in my deck. I'm aware that my deck isn't going to be able to keep up with most advance decks out there. But my Mirror wall are a bit of surprise to people.
I'm sorry Aarikku i jsut can't use DMs. They are what gives Dark Magician Girl here effect. But it takes away her spot light. Believe me there are plenty of spellcasters deck out there with DMs and not Dark Magician Girl. (I'm going to end this ^^)
As well i'm a bit edgy about the useage of Sakuretsu armors. I'll use 1. i think. I don't favor it so much. (And for you people out there screaming about how good it is and are going to call me stupid, i'll just ignore you)

Hehe yeah i was thinking of Dark elves. But i don't like their effect as much as her Sister. 2000 def wall is amazing when it blocks off balter. (Which i must say happens quite often for some unknown reason). There are people are going to laugh saying how there plenty of 2000+ atkers but i couldn't careless :p.

Now let see Magical Dimension, that might help but now i'll have to remove some things.

I didn't put in Sakuretsu because you said you were a bit edgy about using it. But you could jam one into your side deck. With Toon Table of contents it gives you a little more speed and might allow you to take out a SDM if you want to keep Getsu. Also, just a thought, but maybe it would be a good idea to go with White Magician Pikeru instead of Ebon Magician Curran.

I compliment your adherence to a theme.
Personally, the restriction on Bottomless Shifting Sands is prohibitive--unless you plan on using it for only one of your opponent's turns. Needle Ceiling is an interesting replacement.

Trap Hole = ownage that not a lot of people use. I use 2 of em in all my decks accept my spellcaster one, unfortunately they had to go because I couldn't find room for them and I thought swarming the field with Magician's Circle would be more useful.

This is definately a sexy deck. I got one thing I would change:

Personally, I love Dark Elf; just the opposite of Mystical Elf and a much better target for Magician's Circle. Other than that, this is a great deck!

Originality: 10/10 (I've seen a deck like this...maybe once.)
Playability: 10/10 (I'm unsure about the Familiar Possessed girls, but okay.)

Very good job. It's nice to see a deck that's just out of the ordinary...that, and seeing more lady duelists (that aren't my girlfriend).

Assailants, and maybe some Amazonesses?... if it's supposed to be mainly spellcaster, i'm pretty sure Gravekeeper Spy is a female.... and Assailant in GX is a female too (I think..) hmmm any harpies? (if not mainly spellcaster)... Dark Elf (as mentioned by ThemBones)...I dunno if Magical Marionette is a guy or girl.... Pixie Knight is also a decent one...

Master Magician at your service. Happy to see someone using a DMG deck. However, I'm curious as to why you wouldn't let just a few DM into the deck to help out DMG. Unless your facing my deck, or another DM deck, she won't be able to make use of her effect. I understand this is an all girl deck, but throw in some guys for the girls to torture, the girls will have more fun:D
And if you do use DM's throw in a Sage's stone so the she can call the DM by her side. The dark magician girl is a powerful spellcaster, but the Dark Magician helps bring out her best:D

maybe u should put in a marie the fallen one or two. u can use it a a positive cost for lighting vortex or if ur opponent has a really strong mon and u only hav brain control, sac ther mon and really piss them off. either way, u get an almost unstopable sorce of lps while keeping the girl theme (i think, i was never good at telling the gender of cards......)

well the thing is that Marie is not as effective as it could be. being 200 lp.... which by no means wouldn't save u but it's probably not AS useful.

Overall for the theme, It looks pretty solid except....you need some Dark Magician's for Dark Magician Girl. I find Card Destruction is a nice way to dump then, I use it in my own DMG deck, see the link in my sig if you wanna take a look. 7/10 current, with a few DM's added 8/10

Just a crazy thought, but why not try a Cosmo Queen since you've got two Magical Dimension. It'd be funny to not only pwn an opponent's monster, but then bust out one of the biggest spellcasters out there. Also consider replacing Ready for Intercepting with Torrential Tribute, its just so much better.

But I must ask, is it competive? My DMG kind of sucked before I added Dark Magician in it. I know that he´s a guy and I was against it too but he´ll spend the most time in your Graveyard. 2 DM in your GY= A 2600 atk DMG.

But if it´s just casual, it will work without DM. The Mirror Walls works good with DMG too. ^^

Lol this deck is my competitive since well i don't have a spare deck anyways ^^. As for actual playability... i think it's fine i guess ^^. Any deck can win that i'll tell you. As well i didn't think i need to rely on DM's in my graveyard to support Dark Magician Girl (she's plenty strong on her own).

Up to this point right now i can say this... i'm probably not going to beat everyone. But that's not the point, this deck can hold it's own against even the most fierce opponents. Doesn't necessarily mean i win, but it still puts up a fight and that's what make it good. Of course it ain't perfect that's why i posted it here for some suggestions.

Dark Magician is male.... and we're girls. We like to stick with female spellcasters, fairies, amazons, and harpies most of the time. 1. Staples are not cards simply because everyone needs them. No their, just cards and like any other card i can use them or not. Staples don't make your deck win. No cards do. Cards work in combination, same as how you can't win with only 40 dark holes in ur deck. And i believe i don't need staple because too many people use them AND overrate them.

2. DM is pointless here. I don't plan to summon it. I have no real way of summoning it. It breaks the theme. Lastly DM is not that strong anyways.

and as for my record that was requested. It's been 16-4 (yeah i know. So i lost 4 times to a bunch of Cookie cutter Mobius loving people) My deck might not good as some. But definitely not an easy prey :p. (Besides i don't get why i need staples to have fun?)

Oh, how the opinionated have fallen. You see, there's alot more than "6" staples in your deck if you include commonly used cards that should be considered staples, but aren't simply because their effects aren't quite as good. However, they're still used. Bottomless Trap Hole is a staple, everyone in my metagame runs 2-3. Trap Holes are very widely used and by using them instead of Sakuretsu Armour... you're simply saying that you need those Sakuretsu Armours but are trying to make a point by running cards that are worded differently. The same goes for Fissure, except in that instance there really is NO reason why should be running it over Smashing Ground. DDWL is an easy staple. Torrential Tribute is a staple. Call is a staple. Swords, Premature, and Snatch are staples. Heavy Storm is a staple. Brain Control is another widely used card that fits into the staple category. So, let's see. You run:11 staples, not including multiples. Thanks for playing. Now to fix the deck.

Spells:
-2x Fissure
+2x Smashing Ground

As I've said before, you obviously need Smashing Grounds in your deck, or you wouldn't have run Fissure. If you really want to run an "unstapled" deck, then don't just replace them with cards that do the same thing. That's how people create the new staples when their favourite cards get banned.

Traps:
-2x Trap Hole
+2x Sakuretsu Armour

Again, you probably wanted to run Sak Armours, but in this case, there are benefits of Trap Hole that Sak Armour does not have, so I'll actually leave this one up to you.

My deck was a Female Spellcaster only but then I added DM and the Crew >.>

DMG can hold her ground all by herself but DM offers a needed bonus. I find Karma Cut to be a good card. I use it to discard DM and remove those uncool Cyber Dragon's. But you have a couple of Mirror Wall's. They are soo good in combination with DMG.

So I'm torn. :/ DM or not DM... DM works but this deck works soo good without him.

No i'm not using fissure as a freaken excuse for not running staples. I'm using alternatives to staples. What people totally underrate is what i'm putting back in. Smashing ground and fissure are 2 different effects and cards. Trap holes and sakurtsu are different card. I'm replacing them on purpose.

Anyway, your deck is still as good as ever.
As what with Ghost Maker said, try a Karma Cut as soon as you can get one. They really do help, but it only really works on decks that run mutiple of the same monster.

Dunamis Valkyrie is known as Dunamis Dark Witch in the TCG. It's a Japanese promo and she was played by Mai in the anime. She has no effect but she looks very elegant, and I thought she would fit nicely in this deck. :)

What's the point of running DMG without DM?

Take out the Gemini Elves for Toon Gemini Elves, same stats, discard effect, and searchability by Toon Table of Contents.

You may want to consider Toon Masked Sorcerer too.

Dark Magicain Girl is not a tool for Dark Magician. He serves her.. not the other way around ^^. *hence the effect of him having to die for her*

still i don't need a reason to play him. It's an all girl deck :p

Gemini plays a role in my non-spellcasting area and Stumbling combo. I can switch stumbling for after genocide which is just as good if not better.

Your deck is still looking awsome. I only have one fix this time. I think you should add a Cosmo Queen. She's a high ATKer, she's a female spellcaster, plus, it would go with your theme. ^_~

awsome I love the girl power in this deck very unique and clever. The only thing the I can think of right now are old vindicting magicians they fit the theme and maybe if there was a tuskyomi they could be a deadly combo to help clear your oppents field. I guess you do this:
-1 Stumbling
+1 Non-Spellcasting Area
Or the opposite.

-1 Trap Hole
+1 Familiar Possessed - Aussa
Just so you can run 1 of each Familiar Possessed.

I can't think of anything else. The deck is very sexy.
I LOVE the use of Mystical Elf and I LOVE the fact that someone's using my girlfriend (Getsu Fuhma. My girlfriend looks JUST like her, no joke! Well, without the armor..but the rest is the same. Same hair, eyes, sword, everything.).
I'd rate this at a 10.666/10. I think I've explained why above.

You have the other charmers, and Pikeru can't be that good. So, why not add Aussa?

Mystical Elf is boringly passive. I would switch it with the more pro-active Dark Elf.

To compensate for all the LP you'd be losing with Dark Elves and Lily, I would add Megamorph.

1 - Stumbling
1 - Yami
3 + Megamorph

This deck also lacks spell/trap removal. So, how about some Dust Tornadoes?

i am a guy and i love this deck type. i cant believe no one has said to add crystal seer. it is also a girl and it improves draw power. magical demision is also good card bc it increases deck speed and destroys monsters. also apprentice helps you stall and get mof. maybe add just one more segurestu armor. dont have to but it would be a good card too add. still i love this deck because its the first DMG deck that i have ever seen. see i run a dm deck but this deck seems awsome.
