Welcome to the Pojo Forums.
An interesting deck.
I would recommend avoiding weakly supported card combinations. In a typical duel, players might draw only half of their decks. By including only one copy of such cards as Paladin of White Dragon and White Dragon Ritual or Familiar Knight and Rare Metal Dragon--and no method of seaching them out of the deck (for example, Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands or Reinforcement of The Army)--it will be unlikely that those combinations will be playable. More importantly, unplayable (or unhelpful) cards can remain in your hand while more useful cards are never drawn.
I would also recommend focusing the theme of the deck. It is nice to see a deck dedicated to a Type (Dragon) without splashing in the usual off-theme monsters; however, this deck seems to be divided between BEWD and Armed Dragon. The deck would probably play more efficiently if you were to choose one specific theme. I realize BEWD works well as the discard for Armed Dragon LV5, but Kaiser Sea Horse only benefits BEWD.
Generally speaking, I would include more spell cards. Dark Hole, Mystical Space Typhoon, Heavy Storm, Snatch Steal, and Scapegoat are all worth considering.
I would change the traps to include some removal instead of just stall (Shadow Spell, Spellbinding Circle, Negate Attack, and Waboku): Torrential Tribute, Sakuretsu Armor, or even Mirror Wall. I would replace one Trap Hole with Bottomless Trap Hole.
Concerning specific cards:
Familiar Knight is a dangerous card to play in current environment (the D.D. cards). The Dragon Dwelling in the Cave probably won't stall for long considering the prevalence of Cyber Dragon and Smashing Ground. Ordeal of a Traveler can be a fun card, but your opponent can abuse flip effect monsters (purposefully calling a wrong card type) if your hand management isn't good. I would suggest Draining Shield (or Solemn Wishes) as a replacement for Enchanted Javelin. The restrictions on Cave Dragon are prohibitive; another Luster Dragon seems a better choice. Personally, I feel there are better alternatives to Xing Zhen Hu . I would rather play Dust Tornado or Raigeki Break. However, if the card is working for you or you enjoy playing it, then don't let me dissuade you from it. I would similarly advise against Mountain. Spirit Ryu will compete with Armed Dragon LV5 for resources.
Mirage Dragon, Stray Lambs, Level Conversion Lab, and Super Rejuvenation might be worthwhile cards for this deck.
Philosophically, decks are a reflection of the personality and play-style of the player. If you like specific cards or combination of cards, use them. This game should be about fun--win or lose. If someone suggests cards to use, then investigate those cards and understand why they were suggested. And then decide for yourself if you want to include them in your deck. Finally, playtest your deck. Make minor adjustments, try out new cards, and playtest some more. That is the best way to discover what works well for you.
Hope this helps.

Thx for the imput Serene Rain and its nice to meet you. I feel dark hole and heavy are much to dangerous to play. Snatch steal benefits my opponent to much, and stamping destruction is like mystical space typhoon but with an added bonus of -500 lp toward your opponent. Once I get my hands on a scapegoat I'll put that in. I agree with you on the fact that I have to many stalling cards, so I'll fill up a few of those spaces with sakurestu armor. Cave dragon is a good defensive card for me cause of its high attack, but It does have to many restrictions so I'll take that out. As for BEWD and Armed dragon, I like how these two cards work together in my deck so I'll keep those the same until I get armed dragon lv7. My friend has a mirage dragon and he's gonna give it to me soon. My ordeal has saved my ass many times before so I'll keep that in. Again thx for the suggestions.

Thx warriors united, and hello! Okay I've finally been swayed. I'll take out rare metal dragon and familiar knight, BUT what do I put in place of them? Once I get my mirage dragon, I'll take out one masked dragon. I may put in another flute, but I need all the spell cards that I currently have. What's the diff between regular T.H and bottomless T.H?
Additional Comment:
Oh just found out what bottomless does...
