I banned thease because:

Dark Hole: Broken most of the time.

Confiscation: rotation with forceful centry

Sangan: to easy way to gain an advantage

Here are the reasons I thought each of thease cards should be limited:

Change of Heart:Has to be used right to be made broken.

Cyber Dragon: this ones kind of iffy, its just that this card is being abused so much.

D. D. Assailant: for one its being abused to much, and second its almost as good as D. D. warrior lady and is easy to bring out.

Dust Tornado: this can be tricky in threes exspeically with me unbanning hairpies feather duster.

Hairpies Feather Duster: you have to be a good player to know how to make it broken.

Makyura the Destructer: the one turn kill combo is just stupid, its to hard to pull off.

Mirror Force: Banned Dark Hole. most of the time mirror force will only kill one monster.

Reinforcement of the Army: its to easy to pull any warrior you want with just one card.

Sakuretsu Armor:Abused.

Smashing Ground: Abused.

The Forceful Centry: rotation with confoscation.

Tribe - Infecting Virus: hand management is the main thing in the format and this promotes bad hand management.

Widespread Ruin: Abused

All semi limits were to promote new decks to form.

I unlimited exodia limbs because they can easily screw up an exodia decks draws because they have multiple pieces in their hand.
I unlimited Tsukoyomi, Magician of faith, metamorphosis, and book of moon because goat control needs three scapegoats and three TERs. Other unlimitations were made because they didn,t need to be limited.

Actually before I joined I looked at all the lists and I've went to reginals and its pretty much all the same everywhere and its a little boring thats why my list will make people use cards that have not been used for some time.

Yea ur list will never happen. They would never bring back all those broken cards at one time. Ur reasoning is flawed too. You would bring back change of heart and ban snatch steal bcuz change of heart is more broken? Also, you wanna bring back goat control? Why, the reason that stuff was banned is bcuz it was to powerful.

Change of heart is not broken unless you make it broken just like heavy storm and hairpies feather duster. The rotation with snatch steal is just to see snatch steal would be wanted back in place of change of heart truly neither are broken but both in the format may be to much.

Actually I have plenty of times. Exodia is terrible right now and people who would run an exodia deck shouldn't run multiple exodia peices because it would clog there draws, only the head should be limited. Exodia will never be good enough to make a big impact on the game so I just took off all the stupidest cards on the restricted list and semi limited them. But exodia is so bad that I went ahead and unlimited its limbs, they are easy to pull back to your hand if there destroyed unlike the head which is hard to put back in your hand when its sent to the graveyard. This list may promote exodia use but I dout it, but I don't believe in the tradition of keeping exodia limited.

So who is more stupid; the guy who rejects an unproved statement, or the guy that assumes someone can't play a card game because they don't agree with a ban list?

What needs to be realized here is that support for a list doesn't come from the amount of posts or views it gets. A lot of people tend to view threads that are made by more popular people, and are even biased because of they know who made the list.

You know though, I've looked through your thread, and I found only eight or nine people actually said that they liked the list you made. In fact, only sixty eight people total have actually posted on your thread (One of them being me), So how in the world do you get that 70+ different people on the thread said that they like your list?

Furthermore, how in God's name do you it is a perfect format? Have you ever seen it in action with a big tournament, let alone trying it out with you friends?

Who are you to say that a format allowing three sets of exodia would be a bad thing if it's never been tried before? Simply put, you have no authority to say it. All you seem to do is say "These are my opinions, you should quit if you disagree."

Do you know what these are the words of? Someone that cannot support an argument, knows it, and instead of admitting to it makes worthless and meaningless assaults on others. As I said, I have seen your thread. It's glaringly obvious that you listened to those that agreed with you and when people disagreed (There were MANY OF THEM) you just ignored them or tried to insult them. Then you used the number of posts on your thread, many of them being from those that disagreed with you, and said that makes your list the best. How dare you?

So, what if I have never won a tournament? So have a very large amount of people on this site, many of them those that may have liked your list. All that making a ban list takes is just knowledge of the metagame anyway. I could suck at this game and end up making the perfect list if I just knew what the ails of the current game is.

Hmm. your right snatch steal doesn't need to banned. but change of heart does need to come off. Anyways I don't think my list is really perfect but I do think it would be the best format we have had yet. But I dont really know what it would be like I just want new decks to be teir 1 in the game and new cards being played. I didnt mean to insult anybody but I do know that a few things that need to change in the game that nobodys list Id seen had yet to accomplish. I just dont get why people think that certain cards are automatically broken in any bodys hands when there not, and certain cards that we have now that will most likely always be used I restricted them so the people who didnt try new decktypes would be forced to take there multiples of cards out and change there deck some.
