Ok. I'm planning on making a wacky deck that doesnt care about winning, it just wants to screw with your opponent. Some of the cards I have in mind are
Convulsion of nature
Exchange
Exchange of the spirit
Paracite Paraside
I'm having trouble thinking up other good cards. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.

I myself liketo create wacky/annoying decks. Try some of these combos.
Spirits (besides Tsuki), Spring of Rebirth, Gravity Bind and/or Level Limit, Golem Sentry or Penguin Soilder, Mysterious Pupetter, Fire Princess. It's also good to have a set Solem or My Body as a Shield to stop Torrential. You should also have a face down Emergency Provisions to gain a lot of life if they decide to Heavy Storm. And throw in a wave to scare them.
Don Zaloog, Masked Sorcerer, White Magical Hat, Mirrior Wall, Rush Recklesly. It's funny to see them think there gonna nail your monster and you spring a Wall or Rush them to make them mad. You take out their monster and either get a card or make them lose one on their turn.
Ultimate Offering, D.D. Family, Yomi Ship, Dark Dusk Spirit, Penguin Soilder. Their sitting there thinking that they got a direct attack on you and then you pay 500 to set a Yomi Ship or a D.D. and they dicide to run into it, funny. Or you pay 500 to sacerfice a monster to summon Dark Dusk Spirit clear the field on their turn. Penguin Soilder is just cool and annoying and should be in every deck.

Convulsion of nature combos nicely with conscription and drop off. (depending on what card they're due to draw, obviously)
Try also: disturbance strategy.
Legendary jujitsu master also feeds conscription, as does mystic swordsman 6, and back to square one.
Have fun :D
