The Cheese Stands Alone was considered for inclusion in 8th Edition to satisfy the one card from every set theme. It was removed from consideration when the development team remembered that Unglued's silver border on cards made them illegal for tournament play under current the rules.

you could use devestating dreams and discard your hand as long as you have more cards in hand than lands.
