need help catching shadow lugia!!

If u still have your master ball use that.

Lugia can be darn near impossible to snag without the master ball, even the official guide says that. So just use it.

If you don't have it you'll just have to try your best using other proven catch techniques. Have several of your strongest shadow pokemon in your party since they will best resist Lugia's shadow attacks. Try and give it a status condition, weaken it as much as you can, then start tossing ultras or whatever you have. Patience and time will be needed. Hope this helps.

After i caught it i had left an empty space to help me beat the Master. I was so easy with that shadow lugia.

Just use the Master ball! If you dont have that just try and put him to sleep or something!:D

If you used it ouch. Status condition and timer, ultra, or luxary ball will work decently. Or if you just didn't get it you can save before you fight lugia and go back to the lab and talk to the main proffeser you saved and he'll give it to you.

brelooms False swipe rules when capturing any poke. just hope lugia's attacks are not phiscal.. i havent gotten very far yet. though im a tthe part were u first leave the kyro boat..

i would say train breloom on mt battle. raise up. when lugia gets weak a bit. false swip it. then switch breloom out quick before it poisons lugia.. use ultra ball, nest ball if ur higher level. if u have alot. use timer balls..

in many pokemon games i played false swipe is the way to go to catch any pokemon.

i would suggest go outside then go to the pokemon center if you have other good pokemon like blaziken that is about 47 or around 50 use that it wont kill lugia it will just damage it a little another advice from me is use urasaring and use rest then snore or fury swipes that should bring it to yellow or red

why use the master ball? use pokemon that know shadow half. i used this strategy and i caught shadow lugia in ten minutes using pokeballs.:p :p

The Master Ball is arguably the best thing to use here, as can you honestly come up with any other Shadow poke in the game that is so strong that it would warrant use of the Ball over Lugia? Legends are hard enough to snag in the game lol. Just use the Masterball and move on to the main event with Greevil lol.

Use the Master Ball, then use Lugia and Electabuzz to Shadow Half Greevil's entire team. Keep switching, healing, capturing, etc. I got all 7 Shadow Pokemon in 1 try that way.

Depends if you purify it or not. Most players do.

combo it with ho-oh from colliseum and get the 2 legendary pokemon on your pearl/diamond..trade to sapphire, etc and then trade to pearl/diamond.
