The greatest and most broken spell card that's not even semi-limited. Okay, I'm exaggerating a bit, but if you want to "own the zone," you'll use it.

I've tried it in my deck before. it's annoying as hell for opponent, but it actually helps ur oppoent somewut if they discard a lot of powerful monsters or chaos baits

Gravekeeper's Servant isnt really a good card atm in the meta imo, because of all the FFC, Bazoo, Strike, Chaos, and PoA's running around. Seems like your just helping the opponent.

Gravekeeper's Servant may help out in Mill, but outside of that it's just a waste of a slot: the discard-from-the-deck will never be more than a minor annoyance, and while you're using cards to generate minor annoyances your opponent will be using cards to deplete your LP or generate a winning combo.
It just isn't proactive unless your whole deck swings that way (and even then there are better cards).;)

1. Requires itself to be committed to the field, thus vulnerable to all sorts of removal
2. Multiple copies can result in bad topdecking situations, or bad hands
3. Dependence on opponent's decision-making process; what you want your opponent to do and what he actually does are two different things
Defend your position.

No. Terrible top deck, WILL discard lights/darks, continuous without awesome effect=not worth it.
if you want to pressure your opponent then use wave-motion cannon.

Why would people use this card???? You are NOT going to deck the opponent out, you will most likely thin their deck/drop a tribute + the art is horrible as mentioned above. Yuck.

If they ban Chaos Sorceror, Premature Burial, Call of The Haunted, Return from the Different Dimension, Dimension Fusion, the Creator, Magician of Faith, Mask of Darkness, and ANY OTHER RECURSION out there all at once, the MAYBE this becomes playable.

Unfortunately, GK's Servant is probably one of the worst picks for the current format. Most decks like FFC use PoA, and since you may end up discarding monsters from the top of their decks, you'll probably just give them more PoA/Strike Ninja food. As well, as soon as GK's Servant is played, it is a -1 for you in resources.

What is so bad about GK Servent? These are cards (not just monsters but also spells and traps) going to the graveyard that if run in a GK deck they can't get back. You aren't just thinning their deck you are taking away their options. What if the effect of GK servent sent Heavy Storm to the grave? It could take away a card that would turn the game in their favor.
The only cards that hurt GK Servant are Fear/Despair from the dark, which almost no one plays, and Penguin Knight. Yes Penguin Knight ruins GK Servant's usefullness, but even if GK Servant did take off who would use Penguin Knight?
the funny thing is that if you select GK's servant for the effect of magical hats, while necrovalley is on the field, it wil have 500 ATK/DEF...
