What's your opinion on this card? Obviously its good enough to earn a place in the World Champions deck. So why is it so underrated? Sure D.D. Assailant, D.D. Warrior lady, and anything 2400+ atk can kill it. But its only about 5 or 6 cards that can stop it. So why doesn't this see more play?
It's hardly underrated, it's just out of the loop now that the new meta loves splashing in Cyber Dragons and DD Assailants. It used to be splashed into alot of things, but fell off the bandwagon for a while.

I'm thinking about giving it some support and trying to splash it into my deck.

Giving it support doesn't really mean you are splashing it...
The thing with the card is... It is great... But not... With everything there is... It can't be just splashed... When it is... It turns useless...
It is good if you have some support for it in your deck... What that nice set of support is... You can guess for yourself...
But the whole thing is to make it so it can be able to get it pretty much when ever you want... But if the situation isn't right to get it... The support can go a different way and still be affective...

Well most people kinda forgot 'bout it but it isn't VERY splashable...I think it should be semi'd.

Um...perhaps you should review your statement. I use a Phoenix deck very well, and trust me, if it was semi'd, I'd own the tournament basically.
Cyber Dragons don't scare me. I have cards to get rid of them. The key is to let Phoenix get direct hits on the opponent. Since many of their M/Ts just became useless, they aren't going to find too many easy ways to stop it.
