This card can only be tribute summoned by offering 3 monsters on your side of the field as Tribute.
During your Battle Phase Tribute 2 monsters on your side of the field to Destroy all Monsters on your Opponents Side of the Field and infilct 4000 Points of Battle Damage to your opponents Life Points, you cannot declare an attack with this monster during the turn the effect is activated - the effect and activation of this card cannot be chained to or negated.
In Casual Play - do you see this working? It has horrible field presence, though great stats and effect - maybe too costly. Game Breaking only begins to describe this imo... I mean, it's even banned in Traditional.
And the Line, "This card cannot be used in a Duel." just seems too much like a statement - a statement meant to be proven wrong - because it is obviously not true - in Casual Play I use it in a duel often...
