Mystic Swordsman LV2 or Drilloid

i am freakin tired of seeing MS LV2 vs Drillroid threads.....if u run 2 ROTA use MS....if not use drillroid, nuff said.

is it me or has this topic been discussed before? use search dude and you run a warrior deck its based on whats to be maindecked and how well you can use them.

I would not use either but I would keep them both sidedecked for when they might come in handy.

i dont think you can compare them because they have different effects. mystic swordsman lv2 doesnt flip the monster so flip effect will not work, but with drilloid flip effects are activated because the card does not state that the card is not flipped like mystic swordsman does.

People will tell you that Mystic Swordsman is better if you use ROTA, but that's not the case.

Most of the time MS LV2 will die after killing a monster, probably due to a don attack costing you a card from your hand as well.

Drillroid may not be searchable, but what he lacks in speed he makes up for in stats, the 1600 for both allows him to defend Breaker and such, and even if they BoM him or EC him he's still harder to kill.
Add that to the fact that don can't kill him and you have a good and reliable card.

With the abundance of FFC, MS LV2 is currently the better card, since Drillroid will still permit the Flip Effects to activate.
