Ah, my old buddy. I used this card in a ultimate control deck with conscription and drop off. The result was scary. I chose what cards he drew and what he summoned. He had something huge on top? conscription. Now it's yours. He's got a heavy storm? drop off. I tell you, it's freacky scary.

use Archifiends Oath or something to pay 500 to draw 1 card

Um, your missing the reason you play CoN. It makes you play with your deck face UP. In other words you see the cards your opponent draws.If he runs a dragon deck and he's got a blue eyes? Activate Conscription. He's got a gamebreacker? activate dropoff. It's a complete and total control deck.

You make it sound easy to have your s/t: ~NOT destroyed untill you activate Convulsion ~Always having it f/d when you have Convulsion/Activated Convulsion.

Sure, it sounds good in theory, but how many cards do you have to devote to this strategy?
2-3 Convulsions, 2-3 drop offs, 2-3 conscriptions
several mask of darkness, Tsukuyomi, archfiend oath, some heavy stall.

Sounds pretty unstable to me.
It might help if you put a link to your deck, maybe then it will hit us, as it is I don't see this setup happening a lot.

CoN does NOT work with Reversal Quiz! Just wanted to say that, so nobody should be stupid and say it does because it doesn't.

I like the idea of your deck, you could also add in archfiends oaths for extra drawing. You can make a pretty mean hand control deck with this though (also consider Mind Crush)

This deck as with all the decks of this type never work baseing a deck on one card never works because then you never get the needed card and the deck stinks without it.
