It is a monster lock, only if you have either a 3 (4 or a 5 for total lock) card combo,
(Ojama Trio + Ground Collapse) + Jinzo (optional) + Horus LV8 (optional) + Mask of Restrict
It's a lock, you can sub out Jinzo and Horu LV8 for the cyber blader... but there is no win condition - it would be a 6 card combo if you throw in a win condition, Raging Flame Sprite/Wave-Motion Cannon...
Hardly a playable combo... if you go the fusion way - You CAN have 3 of each piece... but no.

I run an Ojama Trio/Spatial Collapse deck. It takes some planning, because you're limited to five cards, as well...including Spatial Collapse, but it works like a charm. Throw in a few Raging Flame Sprites, and for fun, some Shadow Slayers.
I usually get it off around the third turn...

But Ground Collapse doesn't count towards their 5 cards... sure now they can only play 3 spell/trap cards but yeah. Does Spatial Collapse mean they can only activate up to 5 cards after it is played or does it mean they can only have 5 cards on the field total? ... never played it.

they can only have 5 cards on the field total after Spatial resolves. And it affects both players. Good combo is Scapegoat + Spatial Collapse. If some how the person has more than 5 cards on the field (like if somethings chained, like scapegoat, etc.) , than they send the extra cards to the graveyard.

If you chain it to their Scapegoat - if they cannot summon 4 monsters, scapegoat resolves without effect, if they chain Scapegoat to your Spatial Collapse and have to send cards, they would A) Be stupid for activating Scapegoat to something like that, and B) Be stupid if they didn't send tokens...

I didn't really think it through, so shoot me.
In your example, that would only happen if you have 1 or more cards already on the field.
ever heard of an opponent accidentally flipping a card over, i do it all the time... I wouldn't allow my opponent to flip it f/d.
