Flip Flop Control.
It uses multiple flip effect monsters, usually starring Dekoichi the Battlechanted Locomotive, also including Magical Merchant, Gravekeeper's Spy, Magician of Faith, and the like. It uses Tsukuyomi to reuse their effects when it would create an advantge. The deck will also usually include 1 or 2 copies of Pot of Avarice to gain further card advantage and get back used flip monsters.
