Drillroid for Tomatos and Reapers I suppose, but MS LV2 won't activate teh effects of the flippy monsters which is Golf :D - better than gold.

Remove Brainwashing? You never take control of the monster merely use it as a tribute.

compulsory evacuation device. The biggest threat of a soul control is that soul exchange. This way, when they use soul exchange, chain CEDevice to save your monster while it act as a waboku b/c soul exchange prevents them from attacking.

In general, a soul control deck will have many face down monsters (gravekeeper's spy, dekoichi, mystic tomato, spirit reaper, magician of faith, etc.). You should play multiple f/d destroyers such as mystic swordsman lv2, drillroid, exiled force, etc. Also, since monarchs have weak defense, you should side in tsukuyomi to take down those monarchs. If you side in those cards along with compulsory evacuation device, you should have the upper advantage.

Mid or Big Shield work best as far as versatility in your side deck as they work well against Dark Realm decks as well. And whenever you can kill 2 birds with one stone in your side deck, go with it
