if somone uses a creature swap and u have a dakoichi fce down and they get it and flip it who gets the affect

They would since its on their side of the field. However if they are the one creature swapping, they couldnt flip it up on that turn.

This should be in Q+A.

But BFD is right, they would draw because they control the monster, so they control the effect.

yep, now if it was a graveyard effect like Sangan or Dark Mimic LV3, then the owner of the card would get the effect.
