honestly, its not worth if ur random/not really known, and im not saying im not random either, but i remember when i wanted to do this back in the day, just get better play better people on good teams, and if they think your good they will ask you to join. Thats basically what i did, but know exactly how you feel, cuz i was there holla. lol

Naw its fine, you can easily make a team, Jus get some players make a team name try to challenge other teams in your area, and also try to dominate regionals for starters.Once you got all that down then your rdy for sjc's!

to start a team you need a leader good players a spokes person(speaks for the whole team) and good players with good cards.lol

Honestly ur team should only be locals, unless u can actually fly teammates from other states, but thats really hard to do!
