Any wave deck expert? please help

I would like to build a wave deck which is based on cold wave, Xing Zhen Hu and Anti-Spell Fragrance. pls give me some advice, especially the wave control experts, i really need your help :)

I'm no wave deck expert, but the premise behind it is to slow down your opponent's spell and trap cards. Typically, this should give you time to bring out Mobius, or some other means to destroy them before he/she has time to activate them.

In tournament play, many of the 'advanced' players rarely set more than one or two cards down to prevent a good chunk of their hand from being destroyed. So if you plan on playing in this format, I wouldn't recommend the Xing Zhen Hu. In casual play, it wouldn't be a bad addition to your deck, especially if you are playing against friends who often set a lot of cards down (like my friends do).

The monsters are up to you, tho you'd prolly want to run at least a pair of Mobiuses. Toss in a Smashing Ground or two, and maybe two Dust Tornadoes. Everything else would be pretty standard.
