They are self Generating, not Regenerating - the list for that would be Fire Fox, Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys, Manticore of Darkness, Twin Headed Behemoth, Revival Jam, Vampire Lord, Phoenix Blade, and there are a few upcoming monsters that do it... as for Traditional we have Sinister Serpent.... last format, Night Assailant sort of did it... if you comboed one in the grave with another.

Self Re-Generating means something like an engine, or a reaction - where when one part falls another comes in to replace it, or when one element is destroyed it replaces itself to continue the process until the recource limit has been met - with Pot of Averice, and Magician of Faith (or just Recycle) you can, theorhetically continue a cycle forever.
