whats new with hand/deck disruption

i used to run a hand/deck disruption deck back before i stopped playing. now i just have my cards put up and nothing put together. i was hoping anyone can tell me whats new with this kind of deck. i probably have the basic cards for this kind of deck if not most of them from series legacy of darkness and back. if anyone has anything for me i'd appreciate it. thanks

and that other card i forget wut its called but for every card u discard from ur hand ur opponent discards the same amount. The card is Forced Requisition. And don't run it; you can only activate it when you discard, and you don't get the effect the first time you discard.
